Quality control
Quality control from leather to final carton.
Inspection standards — sampling levels, tolerances and tests — are agreed with you before production. We inspect against that agreement and report what we find.
- QC 01
Leather / material inspection
Leather is checked for weight, width, shade, shrinkage and visible defects before cutting. Trims and accessories are checked against approved samples.
- QC 02
Pre-production inspection
We confirm approved samples, colour standards, measurement charts and materials are in place before bulk production starts.
- QC 03
Inline production inspection
During sewing we check workmanship and measurements early, so problems are corrected while there is still time.
- QC 04
Final inspection
A random inspection of finished, packed goods against the agreed sampling standard (commonly AQL-based) and specification.
- QC 05
Packing / carton inspection
Packing method, labelling, carton marking, quantities and carton condition are checked against your packing instructions.
Checklist
Sample QC checklist.
Every order has its own checklist based on your specification. A typical checklist covers the points on the right.
No inspection process can guarantee zero defects. Our job is to find issues early, report them honestly and resolve them before goods ship.
Independent third-party inspections can be arranged at your request, and we cooperate fully with inspectors you appoint.
