Your rights
You can ask us to: give you a copy of your personal data (access); send it in a machine-readable format (portability); correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; and stop marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
How to make a request
- Email info@velvettastudio.com with the subject “Data protection request”.
- Tell us what you want (access, export, correction or deletion) and the email address you used in our forms.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity — usually by replying from that email address.
- We respond within one month. If a request is complex we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why.
Deletion
On a verified deletion request we remove your enquiry records and uploaded files, except where we must keep specific commercial records by law — in that case we tell you what we keep and why.
Unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also email us at any time.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied, you can contact the data protection supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
