Goods are typically shipped by sea from Karachi to North European ports such as Hamburg or Rotterdam, or by air for urgent orders. We coordinate packing, export documents and handover to your forwarder or ours; import clearance in Germany is handled by the importer of record or their customs agent.
We work in English by email, video call and shared documents, during hours that overlap with the European working day (Pakistan is 3–4 hours ahead of Central European Time). Each buyer has one named contact at VelvettaStudio from inquiry to delivery.
