How we work
You bring the brand.
We manage the supply chain.
An eight-step process with clear approvals, so you always know what is happening with your order and who is responsible.
- 01
Buyer inquiry
You send your product idea, tech pack, reference product or a simple brief with quantities, target price and timeline.
- Product type and quantities
- Target price and delivery window
- Reference images or products
- 02
Product specification
We turn your brief into a clear specification — leather, thickness, measurements, trims, branding and packaging — so every workshop quotes the same product.
- Measurement chart
- Bill of materials
- Branding and packaging details
- 03
Sourcing & costing
We shortlist suitable manufacturers from our vetted network and prepare a costing proposal with sampling options.
- Factory match by capability
- Transparent costing
- MOQ and timeline confirmation
- 04
Sample development
Development and fit samples are made and checked by our team before they are sent to you.
- Lab dips and strike-offs
- Fit sample
- Internal check before dispatch
- 05
Buyer approval
You approve the sample, specification and pre-production details in writing. Nothing goes into bulk without it.
- Written sample approval
- Approved colour standards
- Pre-production sample if required
- 06
Production management
We follow leather, cutting, sewing and finishing against the agreed schedule and report progress.
- Material in-house tracking
- Production milestones
- Early warning on delays
- 07
Quality control
Inline and final inspections against the agreed standard, with a written report shared with you.
- Inline inspection
- Final random inspection
- Packing and carton audit
- 08
Export & delivery
We coordinate packing, export documents and handover to the forwarder for delivery to your destination.
- Commercial invoice & packing list
- Certificate of origin where required
- Forwarder coordination
Commercial terms
Payment terms, MOQ and lead time.
Payment terms are agreed according to buyer profile, order structure, production requirements and commercial relationship. For new buyers, we typically work with deposits, staged payments or balance-before-shipment structures.
MOQ depends on product, leather, colour and customisation. Lead time depends on specifications, materials, quantity and workshop capacity. Both are confirmed in writing in our proposal.
We do not hold finished-goods inventory: every order is developed and produced to your specification.
What happens after you submit
- We confirm receipt and review your request.
- We ask any open questions about the specification.
- We send a sourcing and costing proposal with sampling options.
- Once you approve, we start development.
