EU textile labelling
Textile products sold in the EU must carry fibre-composition labelling under Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011, using the standard fibre names. We record the composition of every approved leather and produce composition and care labels from your approved artwork and language requirements.

Product specifications
Each order is built on a written specification — leather, thickness, measurements, trims, branding and packaging — approved by you. This becomes the reference for production and inspection.
Testing
Where you require it, we coordinate testing with accredited third-party laboratories, for example for composition, colour fastness, dimensional stability or restricted substances under REACH or your own restricted-substances list.

Traceability
For each order we can record the facilities and stages involved — leather production, dyeing/finishing and product making — so you can answer questions from retailers and authorities.
Origin
Goods are declared with their true origin. Where required, certificates of origin are obtained for export. Preferential tariff treatment (e.g. under EU GSP+) depends on the product meeting the applicable rules of origin, which we assess with the buyer and their customs adviser.

Quality documentation
Inspection reports, approved-sample records and test reports (where commissioned) are shared with you for every order.
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where required, and the documents your forwarder needs for shipping.
Buyer-specific requirements
Codes of conduct, restricted-substances lists, packaging rules and labelling manuals are shared with the relevant production partners and checked during production.
