MOQ depends on product, leather, colour and customisation. Styles using available leather can start lower than programmes that need custom-knitted or custom-dyed leather. We confirm a workable quantity once we see your specification.

Lead time depends on specifications, materials, quantity and workshop capacity. We give you a written timeline covering sampling, production, inspection and shipping in our proposal.

Payment terms are agreed according to buyer profile, order structure, production requirements and commercial relationship. For new buyers we typically work with a deposit and staged or balance-before-shipment payments. We do not offer open credit terms to new buyers.

We commonly quote FOB Karachi for buyers using their own forwarder. Other terms can be discussed depending on your logistics set-up.

No. Every order is developed and produced to your specification. We do not sell from finished-goods inventory.

Yes. Development, fit and pre-production samples are produced to your specification. Sample costs are confirmed before production, and bulk never starts without your written approval.

We inspect at material, pre-production, inline, final and packing stages against standards agreed with you before production, and share written reports.

Certifications differ by workshop. We state a certification only when a valid certificate covers the facility or material used for your order, and share copies on request. We never claim certifications by default.

We provide fibre-composition information, specifications, origin details, documentation and coordinated third-party testing. Requirements depend on the product, destination market and buyer, and legal responsibility stays with the party placing goods on the EU market.

Usually by sea from Karachi to a European port, or by air for samples and urgent orders. We coordinate packing, documents and handover to your forwarder or one we arrange.
